At my CVS, the $3 ecb for the candy wouldn’t because they said I had to spend $10 AFTER coupons. So I didn’t feel like returning them so I spent $6 on the four bags and no ecb. But at the bottom of my receipt it says I have to spend $5 more dollars to get the ecb. That math doesn’t make sense to me. Shouldn’t it be only $4 more?
