This was their reply:
Publix: Hello Sissy, I just referred to the weekly ad and the specials you are referring to are inclusive with all the deals in the weekly ad and change on a weekly basis as well. I hope this clarifies any confusion. Thanks ◊Jonee’

When does this “Love to shop here, love to save here” end? Is it a month long sale? It is on the last page of my weekly ad, and does not say anything about these items lasting longer than the rest of the weekly ad?
