    you have to buy $10 of items to get the ECB, then you can take coupons off afterwards.

    When told to buy $10 of something to get ECB, does that mean $10 total after coupons are applied or can it be before coupons are used? (If coupons make the total spent less than the required amount, do you still get ECB?) Thanks!!
