If you saw my shopping trip last week, you would see a savings of 58%, I spent $111. I mentioned in that post that things usually even out, and this week I only spent $25! Also, neither post demonstrated an adequate amount of Veggies and Meat that we consume in a week. That is because I purchase our meat once a month at a meat market (lately I’ve been buying it at Good Earth Foods in Tampa, but you might use Zaycon like Melisha does). I buy my produce at a local produce stand. So what you see here is adding to my current stockpile. It is realistic for a family of six. While I prefer healthy foods and check ingredients, I do allow those Doritos snacks in moderation. This is realistic and doable!

I ONLY USED THREE COUPON INSERTS to pull coupons from. I did print some and used a few from the Green Adv. But this trip was easy to prepare for and quick in the store (it was half the amount of items I had last week). You can do this!!
