Good Deal Alert! Hunsader Farms down in Brandenton FL has opened up their Fields for U-Pick Fields which allows you to pick 25 Pounds of Tomatoes for only $1! The U-Pick is Monday thru Saturday 8:00am-3:45pm. They are CLOSED Sundays. Fyi, unfortunately, the Tomatoes are not organic. They also have u-pick green beans, yellow beans and okra ready at $0.79/lb or $10 a half bushel.
We have been there several times, when fall rolls around, on field trips to the Corn Maze! It’s a fun place!! (Mommy warning: they have ice cream on site.)
