I was so happy: the Energizer hearing aid batteries were on sale BOGO 9.99 and I printed out two $3 off coupons from the coupon database and got them for 3.99

Lisa, You are owed both RRs in the Jet Dry/Reach Scenario. However, they are specific on which products you must purchase. If you purchase the Reach Total Care Toothbrush, you will receive a $2 RR. And if you purchase the Jet Dry 8.45 oz , you will receive a $1.50 RR. If the RR does not print out, you may need to should the ad so the manager can correct the problem. Sometimes their are computer glitches and they may offer to give you a mail-in RR rather then fixing it at the register.

doesnt sound right to me… I have received more then 1 RR in a transaction before. you can always email coupons@catalinamarketing.com and give them all the information at the top of your receipt and an explanation of what you expected and what the deal was you had to buy to get that….

Has anyone else been told by their local wags that you can only receive one RR per transaction? For ex. if I bought the Jet Dry, it would print up the RR but if I bought the JetDry and Reach Toothbrush it will only print up one of the two that I am owed. Does this sound right to anyone??
