I talked to the customer service line this morning & they said all you have to do is write on a 3X5 card or a piece of paper: BCA Cookware then your name & address, include that with your original receipt with all items circled then mail to: Cooking Up Early Detection PO Box 49309 Dept C Strongsville, OH 44149. Hope that helps you guys. If you have any other questions the customer service # is: 888-826-2964

I can’t read the phone number when I zoom in to the ad on True Couponing and my Publix doesn’t have the mail-in-forms either. Would you please post the phone number for me and/or the full website link to download the form.  Thank you!

  • brittany

I have one but I am in Brooksville.

  • brittany

Went to Publix today and bought 3 blushes for $4.79 and 3 concealers for $4.29. Used the 3 coupons and I got a nice goody bag in the mail from Target the other day and there is $1 coupon in there. $2.24 for 6 products. Very good deal! If you buy the simply ageless makeup which is a little more expensive there is a $2 coupon in the new Publix stock up book that was mailed out.

  • brittany

Yes. The receipt doesn’t specific what products the coupons were used on anyway.

  • brittany

I just called the 1-877 number on the form and told her my Publix doesn’t have them and she said you can print it from the website.

  • brittany

I believe they are saying that you can not fill out the form and send a copy of the form you filled out, it must be the original. Most likely so people don’t send multiple requests with different addresses. I wonder why would they have the form online if you can’t use it?

  • Tania

Went to both Publix on 60 and neither one knew what I was talking about.  The instructions say you must include a original rebate form, that photocopies wont be accepted.  If anyone finds a Publix that has original rebate forms can you please post.  Thank you!

  • Melisha

There is a link in the post now!
    Sending mine off today. :-)

  • Bestfam5

Would anyone happen to have an extra Covergirl coupon that they are willing to part with? As listed below you should only need three to make the deal work. I currently only get two papers (buying even amounts) although I should be getting four. Anyway, if you are in South Tampa and willing to share, please let me know. Thank you! :)

  • Melody

If you don’t mind me asking which items did you purchase for this deal?

  • Marlene

The link provided is not working and my Publix does not have the rebate forms…any suggestions where I can get the form. Thanks!

  • Debbie

Can someone help me find the rebate form?

  • Adriane

Yes, the form does not say anything about not being able to use coupons. I purchased 6 different Cover Girl items ranging in prices from $2.99-$4.99 and then used $26.00 in coupons. Sent out the form today for the set

  • Adriane

Ive always used the printed form (like above)

  • Akpruitt

Why can’t you use the link above & download it?  I’ve never had a problem using a printed form.

  • Ambrosia814

So, as long as you purchase at least $25.00 worth, pre-tax, you can use coupons and still qualify for the offer?

  • EB

That would be helpful to know!  My publix never has any of the rebate forms needed, so I have had to miss out on every one of these offers.  They tell me they didn’t get any in or that others have already taken them all.

  • Adriane

I got $25.54 in Cover Girl products at Publix and used 3 of the $8.00/2 Cover Girl coupons from the 10/2 P&G Insert plus 1 $2.00 Target Cover Girl coupon that was in the 9/25 inserts and ended up with free make up and enough in sales on that one transaction for the mail in!

  • Katleg

I have been looking for the official rebate forms and I can’t seem to find it. Have you had any luck? PLease help.
